Its back! A few months ago, I told you guys about the six pack pact I made with my BF. We were both working out consistanly, but neither of us had the defined abs we wanted so we decided to push each other by making a friendly wager, called the Six Pack Pact ( the name was his idea, not mine lol). Over the course of 2 months, we were going to workout consistently, eat right and focus on getting the best abs possible. Although we both made some serious progress, life happened and derailed us from our plan. Ehh, it happens. But now were back on it. And I want to invite anyone who’s interested to join us. We’re starting today! Over the course of 2 months, we will be working out with a focus on abs. At the end of the 2 months, the person with the best abs wins. The winner will be the loser’s personal servant for a month! If you’re interested in taking the six pack pact, find an accountability partner and make your own friendly wager. Keep each other motivated and keep your eye on the prize.

I’m in OK shape already so it shouldn’t be too hard, but then again I’ve been trying to get serious abs for years now! It’s the last 5lbs that are the hardest. Anyways, over the next 2 months I’ll be posting workouts, videos and nutrition tips to help you get the abs of your dreams! Good Luck!
