Although I didn’t get to partake in the cocktails portion, the cardio and cocktails event was awesome! Brit knows how to throw a fitness party! There were TONS of ladies there in their neon gear. The music and workout were super high energy and fun. Surprisingly, I was able to keep up even though I haven’t been doing any cardio since my first trimester (my doc recommended sticking with yoga/pilates since I’m pregnant with twins). It was reassuring to know that I’m not totally out of shape. My pics and video from the event came out a bit blurry. It’s hard to take photos during a jam-packed dance party work out!
