My Workout Week

Last week I had an awesome workout week! I managed to fit in my entire training schedule ( minus one 5 mile run), that almost never happens! I always have to modify it somewhere. Here is how my week went:

Monday

Cycle: 4 miles

Run: 2.5 miles

Tuesday

Swim: 1200 meters

Run: 3 miles

Wednesday

Swim: 1800 meters

Thursday

Cycle: 10 miles

Friday

Rest

Saturday

Swim: 1800 meters

Bike: 19 miles

Sunday

Rest

Some how I need to work weights back into my routine. I think that is the gap in my training plan. I feel like Ive plateaued speed wise and I need something to push me over the hump. I think some extra muscle will do it!  Follow me on daily mile.
