Half Marathon Training

So I have gotten back on the band wagon after the holidays and I’m up to 10 miles now. This week I’m going for all 13.1 . Next time I’m going to stick to a better traning schedule. This time I was so wishy washy. I would get busy and miss a training day. I let appoitments, meetings and holidays get in my way. If I hadn’t already trained for a triathlon, I would have been in treal trouble.  This week I’m going to really work on getting into my running groove as quick as possible. Luckily, I’ve already run the course so I know what to expect. Wish me luck this week. Its my last week to train hard before I have to take it easy .
