Easy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I love sweets! Doesn’t everyone? Halloween is a sweet lover’s dream holiday. It’s easy to overindulge.  If you are trying to stay away from the sweets, I have a great recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth without ruing your diet. This recipe is great for children and Halloween parties.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 min. Serves 1

  • ½ cup cooked pumpkin
  • ¾ cup almond/soy milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 dates, pitted or you can use  a few raisins
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (if you don’t have vanilla try using Very Vanilla Soy milk instead)

Add all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
