Alternatives to High Calorie Cocktails 

This simple drink is Alex’s personal recipe which consists of 1.5 oz. tequila, 1 raspberry Emergen-C packet (you can use crystal light or flavored sparking water instead), 5 oz. water, 1 oz. lime juice. Throw in some frozen fruit to pretty up the glass and keep your drink cold instead of ice. It will only set you back 130 calories!
